Texas Instruments developed a range of MCU products designed specifically for digital motor / motion control.

Creative Power has a range of boards that use the TMS320F281x MCU platform.

 

The TMS320F281x MCU based controller cards are available in several forms:

  • Plug-in DA Series compatible controller, for use within custom motherboards - CPT-DA2810
  • General Inverter controllers, with LV supply and buffered analog inputs and TTL Level Gate Drivers - CPT-R09 or CPT-R19
  • Standalone Inverter controller, with gate driver and SMPS - CPT-E13

All boards can be ordered in TMS320F2810 or TMS320F2811 varieties.

Note the TMS320F2811 is standard on the CPT-R09 and CPT-R19 only.
